All Truffle items are bespoke and handmade in Birmingham, UK. Our lead times are generally 6-8 weeks from receipt of fabric on headboard orders or 2-4 weeks on separate soft furnishings orders

  We work very closely with our clients and want you to love your bespoke Truffle Studio headboard and soft furnishings as much as we do! In the very unlikely event there is an issue or any damage has occurred during transit please inform us within 2 days.

• Please contact us within 2 working days from the day after the delivery day.

• Refunds are not offered on made to order goods but we will of course resolve any transit damage or unlikely faults.

• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

• Deposits are refundable until bespoke materials are ordered.
