Box pleat or ruffled, give your divan base a makeover!
Divan bed bases aren't very pretty but they are really useful for storage.
Box pleat valances are straight edged with a pleat at each front corner.
Please Note: Prices do not include fabric, most customers prefer to choose their own to create a unique headboard.
Depending on your budget you can use a less expensive valance fabric picking out a colour from your headboard to tie it together.
Design tip! Use a contrast kick pleat!
We recommend measuring your base:
Width length and depth, an image of the corners is always helpful!
Standard UK divan bases
Single: 900mm wide x 1950mms
Small Double: 1220mm x 195mms
Double: 1370mm x 1990mm
King: 1500mm x 2000mm
Super King: 1800mm x 2000mm
Please measure your base as there are variations.
Depth on all bases can differ.
Valances have velcro attached to top strips which sits under the mattress to give a smart finish. Velcro will be supplied to stick on to the base.
